We have loved every moment living here. Very quiet, nice neighbors, zero issues inside and any maintenance questions or requests were handled immediately. This is unlike any other apartment experience I have had. Very well ran!

Kadie Kopf Nay is awesome! My spouse and I have lived at the Artisan apartments since late 2010 and have went through several resident managers. From the day Kadie became our resident manager she has been a pleasure to work with. She is always professional and quick to resolve all matters such as maintenance request, neighbor issues, lock outs, and after hour issues.; and the grounds have never looked better. The Artisan is the most outstanding apartment in Spokane. The apartments are designed to be like living in a home and include spacious attached garages. The quality is top notch. The property manager is friendly and always helpful as well as dedicated to the residents. The community itself is quiet as well as immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We love this place and think it is the only apartment worth its value in Spokane!
